Alina is currently studying at French University in Armenia; she is in her final year. During her studies, she has shown great interest in business and financial law, but her research areas also include public law, particularly administrative and constitutional law. However, litigation is what she wants to practice the most.
Last summer she has completed her internship in the Department of the Relations with the European Court of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice, her main activity was the elaboration of draft positions of the Government regarding the applications under criminal and administrative cases received from the European Court of Human Rights. This summer, she has improved her professional skills practicing administrative law as she has successfully completed her internship in Central Bank of Armenia, Legal Department (Financial Supervision Legal Support Division).
As she believes that the basis of the efficient practice is sufficient theory, she wrote a scientific article on civil procedure (res judicata.) She has deepened her knowledge participating in various summer Law schools not only in Armenia but also overseas.
She is passionate about books, travelling and movies, she has even tried herself at scriptwriting. She is also a huge football fan. Her motto for life is simple “to always be better than I was yesterday”.
