Monika Pirinyan has started her path with TK & Partners since 2016: first as an intern, then, due to unremitting devotion and hard work, she became a junior associate and currently, she is an associate with us.
Currently, her practice and research areas are Corporate Finance, Cross-border Transactions, Mining, IT, Non-profits, Securities, Corporate Governance. She successfully assisted in incorporating both commercial and non-commercial companies in Armenia, including drafting and providing necessary documents for carrying out the businesses thereof, negotiating and reviewing local and foreign law governed agreements.
Monika earned her LL.B. degree from French University in Armenia and currently, she is a 2nd year LL.M. student at the American University of Armenia.
During law school years Monika has actively participated in a number of prestigious national and international moot court competitions covering diverse areas of national and international law. She along with other students won all the 4 matches of qualifying rounds of Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and had the opportunity to represent Armenia during international rounds in Washington, D.C., United States.
She is very inspired by Steve Jobs’s words: “Stay hungry, stay foolish”, which means having an insatiable hunger for consistently achieving big. Monika believes that being exposed to new sites, people and environments will help to develop a wider world view. That is why she enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures and rediscovering her, reshaping her mindset.
