Narine Babayan joined our team in August 2019 as a Senior Associate.
Main areas of her professional practise and research are Administrative Law, Financial/Banking Law, Criminal Law (white-collar crimes), Bankruptcy, Contracts, ADR. She has significant experience working with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) appeals.
Narine earned her LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the Yerevan State University and also has a certification in Trade Finance Management from EBRD. She is admitted to the Armenian bar and has vast experience in advising both local and international clients.
Since she loves doing legal research, Narine has also published four academic articles covering issues related to evidence in civil and criminal procedures, right for foreseeability in administrative relations and etc.
Narine is also very active in the NGO sector, where she has been engaged in a number of non-profit projects.
