One of our major clients, a diversified group of companies (conducting business activities in the renewable energy sector, agriculture, HoReCa, entertainment, food, and beverage, etc.), is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The Group's CFO will be primarily responsible for the planning, implementation, managing, and running of all the Group's finance activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, negotiations, etc.


  • Providing leadership, supervision, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team.
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting and financial models.
  • Assessing and evaluating the financial performance of the Group concerning long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Providing insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans of the Group.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to the executive management team, advising on long-term business and financial planning
  • Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the Group and ensuring compliance with international standards and legislative requirements
  • Performing risk management, seeking out methods for minimizing financial risk to the Group, analyzing the Group’s financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing corrective actions
  • Exploring new investment opportunities and providing recommendations on potential returns and risks
  • Maintaining outstanding banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners.
  • Utilizing forward-looking models and activity-based analyses to provide financial insight into the organization’s plans and operating budgets.

  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field, MSc/MBA is a plus
  • At least 10 years experience in accounting and financial management practices
  • ACCA is a must, CFA is a strong advantage
  • Experience in a senior management position
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
