On October 20, our senior partner and attorney at law Misak Babajanyan, PhD was a speaker at the Business Integrity Club meeting, where the participants discussed the RA Law "On Joint #Stock Companies". Misak Babajanyan represented the new amendments and additions to the #Law, as well as elaborated on the new opportunities for legal compliance among the Club participants. Throughout the discussion, the participants asked and answered plenty of questions and engaged in debates about the practical applications of the Law.
