Yesterday, TK & Partners hosted a guest speaker Lusine Margaryan, a representative of the Armenian Stock Exchange, to deliver a seminar on bonds and shares issuance. Lusine presented the whole procedure of issuing bonds and shares, particularly focusing on working with the Central Depositary and the Securities Exchange. She also highlighted the main differences between listing the securities on A & B Platforms.
