AMENDMENTS TO ORDER No. 17-Ն OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH OF AUGUST 4, 2020, and ORDER No. 24-Ն OF SEPTEMBER 18, 2020

According to the amendments to the Order, from now on, employees are exempted from submitting a maximum 72-hour certificate confirming the negative result of a PCR test every 7 days.

The Order shall enter into force on May 2, 2022.

AMENDMENTS TO THE RESOLUTION No. 1514-Ն OF THE RA GOVERNMENT OF SEPTEMBER 18, 2020

According to the amendments to the resolution of the Armenian Government, from May 1 of this year, individuals entering the territory of the Republic of Armenia are exempted from the requirement to present a PCR rapid diagnosis test and vaccination certificate at state border checkpoints and airports.

UPCOMING AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW ON CONFISCATION OF PROPERTY WITH ILLEGAL ORIGIN

The RA Government has proposed a bill on amending the Law on Confiscation of Property with Illegal Origin.

The main amendments proposed by the bill are the following:

  • To extend the time frame of an investigation by the authorized body;
  • To expand the circle of individuals who will be qualified as officials within the meaning of this Law;
  • To broaden the grounds for initiating an investigation by granting the authorized body the right to initiate appropriate proceedings.

The bill has received the approval of the Armenian Government and will be included in the agenda of the National Assembly.
