Anna Mkrtchyan has solid experience as a corporate lawyer. Before joining the TK & Partners team she worked at one of the largest retailers in Armenia, advising on corporate, customs, and tax matters. Her practice areas are International Commerce and Trade, Tax and Customs, Company Law, and Governance.

Anna’s educational background includes LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the French University in Armenia with a specialization in European and international corporate law. Currently, she is our representative in the United Arab Emirates.
