Prior to joining TK & Partners, Ashot Harutyunyan worked in one of the largest telecommunications companies in Armenia as a Senior Lawyer. Ashot has more than 20 years of solid experience in the fields of Contract Law, Commercial Law, Contract Management, and Claim Management, and particularly is specialized regarding procurement contracts: such as HW/SW procurement, License Agreements, NDAs, SaaS model, mixed transactions on complex projects, Framework Agreements, etc. as well as contracts and transactions on telecom sphere.

Ashot is a graduate of University of Economy and Law, Yerevan, Armenia, and American University of Armenia (Master of Law). He is a member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia.
