Lena Mitichyan joined us in December 2021 as a Senior Associate. Previously, Lena held positions as a senior legal counsel and attorney at major financial institutions and law firms in Armenia, accumulating extensive expertise in various areas of law.

 

Lena's area of expertise lies in financial and banking law, where she has gained substantial experience working with financial institutions and providing legal advice. Additionally, she has a keen focus on intellectual property (IP) law.

 

In addition to being admitted to the Armenian Bar, Lena is also a licensed trustee by the Patent Attorneys Commission. Recently, she has successfully completed the edX Verified Certificate for Intellectual Property Law and Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Throughout her career, Lena has provided comprehensive legal advice to clients, ensuring the protection of their rights and interests. She has advised financial institutions and large corporations, leveraging her expertise to navigate complex legal landscapes.

 

Alongside advising financial institutions and large corporations, she also has extensive experience representing both individuals and companies in courts of law. Through her legal representation, she achieves favorable outcomes for the clients, utilizing her knowledge and skills to navigate complex legal proceedings effectively.

 

Lena received her LL.B. degree from the French University in Armenia, and her LL.M. degree from the American University of Armenia, specializing in international business and corporate law.
