Mary Hambardzumyan joined TK & Partners team as an attorney assistant during her last year of law school at the French University in Armenia. Since then, she has grown remarkably not only in her position as a Junior lawyer at the firm but also in the transition from her theoretical knowledge to practical in various fields of law.

During her practice, she has provided our clients, including international and local financial institutions, with several legal advice in respect of investment companies, funds, tax law, master service agreements, as well as licensing, employment law, and relocation. She has also been part of legal teams providing legal advice on various deals involving derivative financial instruments, real estate, and company shares.

She has also gained experience in assisting our attorneys and drafting judicial documents, such as claims, motions, and appeals, whilst also studying at the School of Advocates of Armenia. 

Mary is fluent in Armenian, English, Russian and French.
