Shushan Vardanyan specializes in Company Law, Real Estate, Tax, Administrative Law, Procurements, Intellectual Property, and Bankruptcy. With a wealth of educational achievements and professional experience, Shushan is a valuable member of our team.
Shushan obtained her LL.B. degree from Yerevan State University, followed by an L.L.M. degree from the Armenian Public Administration Academy.
Her commitment to continuous learning led Shushan to participate in international programs, such as the University of San Francisco School of Law Graduate Tax Program Summer course, as well as a number of tax courses organized by specialized tax institutions. She is also actively engaged in SNCO's "Center for Legal Education and Rehabilitation" Program.
In addition to her legal practice, Shushan contributes to the academic community as a teacher of the subject "Fundamentals of Jurisprudence" at the Chamber of Auditors and Accountants of Armenia. She has also obtained several certificates in the field of intellectual property, including one from the University of Pennsylvania, showcasing her expertise in this area.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Shushan enjoys immersing herself in literature and indulging in historical films, fueling her passion for understanding different time periods. She also envisions implementing new, impactful projects aimed at enhancing educational and cultural opportunities for young people residing in various communities.
Shushan is admitted to the Armenian Bar and also is a licensed Insolvency Administrator.
